New build 4 bedroom detached domestic dwelling with 2 shower rooms and a bathroom.
Construction
This timber framed property was built on the site of an existing smaller building.
The contract included the demolition of the existing building.
This project also included:
- Timber frame building with external brick skin.
- Oak cladding.
- Underfloor heating to the ground floor.
- Heat recovery system.
- Installation of oak flooring.
- Laying of driveway and hard landscaping to the garden.
Whilst access to the site was good, deliveries had to be carefully coordinated as overhead power cables ran close to the site.
