Firstly, the existing house on the plot was demolished and the ground prepared for the build. The plot was situated in the middle of a residential area, limiting space on site and for deliveries etc which could make things difficult at times, but with careful planning, site management and organisation of deliveries, the programme of works could run smoothly.
