SERVICES
Our residential sector services include loft conversions, extensions, disabled access, kitchens and bathrooms. All manner of internal refurbishment requests for carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating can be met to suit your needs and design preferences.
Aldington Pool House – Extension
This project involved the construction of a swimming pool extension to the rear of the existing building.
Barham House – Alterations/Refurbishment.
In addition to the internal works, which was a complete internal refurbishment and modernisation.
Brookland Period House – Extension/Refurbishment.
Major works to prepare for kitchen and conservatory refurbishment.
Canterbury House – Kitchen Extension/Refurbishment
Rear single-storey extension and alterations including the provision of an oak front entrance door and screen and supply of Atlas walk-in shower complete with enclosure.
Hythe House – Alterations/Refurbishment.
The project comprised a complete renovation of the whole house including removal of the existing bathrooms, kitchen and utility room and all being replaced according to the new design and style.
Etchinghill House – Alterations/Refurbishment
This rear-of-house extension was designed to extensively increase the footprint of the existing dining room and kitchen to create space to reconfigure the living area and kitchen
Folkestone House – Extension.
This conversion of the property’s existing garage to a two-storey extension began with the complete demolition of the garage to create the space to prepare the foundations for a beautiful, spacious extension to the house.
Mystole Period House – Alterations/Refurbishment.
Remodeling of existing kitchen plus building work in connection with a new Orangery Room.
Saltwood House – Alterations/Refurbishment
This reflects the top-level workmanship of the Sprinks team and how the client’s ideas for their dream home can be brought to life.
Saltwood House – Alterations/Refurbishment
The existing house underwent major refurbishments; having been stripped back to the brickwork, rewired, the floors leveled, involving major groundwork, some walls removed or moved to create additional space
Westenhanger House – Extension/Refurbishment
The charm that the existing house offers was preserved whilst introducing the element of surprise when walking from the front entrance to the back garden where the major works took place.
From before the work started, dealing with all of the Sprinks staff and their subcontractors has been a first-rate experience. Peter was great in communicating with me as to all aspects of the project, talking me through any extra works that were required. I have recommended Sprinks to others and I hope that you do get some future projects from this.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the workers for the amazing work they carried out on getting the bathroom up and running in our house last week. Their efforts were outstanding. When I told them that my daughter was coming down to stay with her newborn baby, the next day they really got on to get the bathroom up and running. We cannot thank you all enough!

Not only the standard of their work but the way they tidied up at the end of each day (perfectly house-trained!)
