We have carried out a wide and varied range of contracts on commercial properties throughout their one hundred and seven year history which includes Leisure Facilities, Offices, Community Centres, Churches, Sports Centres and Museums. Each project is carefully planned to appreciate and consider the local environment, on-site activities, traffic management, phasing of works and the maintaining of the working life of the existing building.

We are fully aware of the requirements needed when it comes to carrying out contracts within a school/college/university environment.
