Extremely happy with the extensive works on the outside of our house. A very pleasant and efficient company to work with.
Highly recommended! Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail has been as meticulous as our own. The whole team are always there to help and have encouraged and supported any design decisions we have made throughout the build. Offering solutions and suggestions to help make dreams a reality. From the office staff to the builders themselves I cannot find fault and we are so happy with our new home. This concerns only a small set of tasks but I like to see the professionalism that accompanies Sprinks workers. I had a crack in a garage wall–I thought it would be rectified by a metal bar keeping it together but the bricklayer expertly removed about five bricks, trimmed off the old cement and then cemented them back in so there is now no crack and the wall is whole. A small job but indicative of Sprinks’ work as a whole as when they built an extension for my property a few years ago. Also it is ‘spooky’ how the ‘boss’ knows about every detail even without being on the premises. A very professional and competent firm—also pleasant!
We had a good experience with Sprinks when they built our home extension. Sprinks strike the balance between cost, quality and completing on time. We had cheaper tender returns but felt Sprinks were the most organised and professional outfit we spoke to, and that proved to be the case. They were also extremely fair regarding costs for additional work we requested during the project.
From before the work started, dealing with all of the Sprinks staff and their subcontractors has been a first-rate experience. Sprinks were great in communicating with me as to all aspects of the project, talking me through any extra works that were required.
I would also say that men who did the initial work were a pleasure to deal with, as were the subcontractors
I have recommended Sprinks to others and I hope that you do get some future projects from this
Not long left school and left behind our wonderful new Staffroom. I am so so chuffed and proud of what has been achieved, it looks fantastic. I think it’s one of my favourite building projects ever, literally creating something superb from nothing!

The ceiling looks fantastic ! Boring I know but with all the holes made in it I couldn’t believe the finish. Everything is better than I envisaged. Kitchen is fantastic, Paint finish and even the dreaded pillar which you don’t notice looks great. The difference this will make to school is massive.

It was wonderful to have a personal project manager and that cut down on so much of the stresses of such a project. He was absolutely marvellousI would expect a project manager to plan, organise, and schedule, but he did that plus so much more. He was not only professional but importantly to me he was so approachable, friendly, helpful, patient and so calm and positive. I think he also ‘went the extra mile with advice and bringing me samples, informing me of when each decision needed to be made etc.
I was comfortable with having all of your workmen in my house which is important to me.
I am very critical so I don’t think I have ever said somebody’s work was perfect before!

KCC, in the main, rely on good working relationships between school, contractor and consultant and it would appear that you have gone above and beyond that. Therefore KCC would like to add their thanks to what could have been a rather difficult project to undertake while the school was operational.
Sprinks Construction Ltd have completed work for me for over 40years, both at my main property and my tenanted properties. They are prepared to call quickly to repair small jobs, too much more major works. They have recently completed renovation work to my flat in Sandgate. All work has been finished to a high standard, diligently, efficiently and leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them highly for both large and small jobs.
Sprinks Construction carried out fairly extensive building works for me earlier this year. I had a new kitchen, which involved moving an external doorway and window, also off the kitchen a new conservatory, at first floor level, which necessitated a lot of groundwork.
I was very impressed with the workmanship, it was an efficiently run job, a good polite workforce and the sun-contractors they used were excellent too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Work was undertaken to a high standard. Several subcontractors on site, for parts of the job, and work was checked by the owner of the company to ensure the work was completed as expected. Would recommend the company for any works large or small

Please may I thank all of you who worked upon the repairs to the chimneys at our school. it is clear that the work is first class. There are many challenges, for primary schools but I may say that each and every individual who worked with us filled me with the utmost confidence and delivered a sterling outcome and, might I add, in less time than the expected causing zero impact upon the running of the school.I feel very lucky to have worked with not only highly professional groups of contractors but also individuals who recognised the spirit and character of our school and reflected this in the way that they worked upon our buildings and communicated with my staff.
Schools can never easily tell when they will need the services of skilled tradespeople but I am sure to be asking for your support the next time I have work to be done.
