Stuart Sprinks, Company Managing Director

Stuart worked for the company in his school summer holidays, working on site to earn some money to fund his travels. Once he had returned from Australia in 2003, he returned to the company where he began to learn more about the general management of the company from his father, Peter. In his current role he also manages some of the smaller residential projects, commercial and school contracts. When away from the desk he can usually be spotted in his running gear training for his next ultra marathon!

Adam Petley, Construction Director and QS

Adam graduated with a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering and so manages the large-scale projects such as new builds, extensions and refurbishments. Adam and Stuart were destined to be business partners, growing up as next-door neighbours and great friends, as Adam also took the mantle from his father, Roy. Adam is a lover of the great outdoors, sailing, skiing, camping holidays and enjoys a dip in the sea after work!

Company Administrator

Undoubtedly, Sadie brings the biggest smile to the Sprinks office where she manages the general company admin, accounts and payroll and has done for the last 7 years. Sadie enjoys jumping around every week at Clubbercise!

Arguably, the biggest asset of the company is this team. The Sprinks site team is a superpower, comprising highly qualified carpenters, bricklayers, groundworkers and painter-decorators. If you total the number of years that our team has loyally worked for Sprinks Construction it would exceed the 114 years of the company’s existence!

Sprinks Construction sees the value in CPD and apprenticeships. All employees are offered additional training to the site and office teams, we do monthly Toolbox Talks and celebrate the success of our apprentices as they pass the stages of their training.
