Project

Alterations to existing kitchen area including creation of office and store areas.  Removal of existing equipment and replacing with new stainless steel.  Upgrading the fire alarm system.

Construction

Time is always of the essence when it comes to projects in schools. In order for the school to reopen after the holidays, the new kitchen works had to be completed and the kitchen fully-functioning. Work included in this project, which needed to be carried out during the school summer holidays: 

•  Asbestos was removed at start of project by a specialist contractor
• New safety flooring
• Installation of hygienic doors and wall cladding
• Alteration of electrics and plumbing services
